photoshop

i have a love/hate (more hate) relationship with photoshop.  how i have managed this many years without learning how to use it is pretty amazing.

i'm working on layer composites for my photography class. it is due tomorrow and it is horrible.  illustrator and indesign wasn't this difficult to learn... does anyone else have this problem?  i wonder if there are classes i can take for photoshop?
